Can my company cancel at any time?
Yes. Either party may terminate this agreement with a 90-day notice. Termination for any reason by either party does not diminish Client responsibility to pay for inventory balances as described in Inventory Section or Returns Section of this agreement.
Any notice given under this Agreement shall be given in writing by personal delivery, overnight delivery, or United States certified or registered mail return receipt requested, and shall be addressed to each party as shown below, or to such other address, or to the attention of such other person or officer, as either party may by written notice designate.

Are online payments secure?
All payments are securely processed over HTTPS and your card information never touches our servers. All payment processing is done by a third party credit card processor. All details are sent over SSL, which is a 2048-bit RSA-encrypted channel.
What if we do not meet the minimum spending level?
The Agreement year begins four weeks after the agreement is signed. Following each anniversary date of the Agreement year, if the store has not achieved the minimum spending level during the previous 12 months, a maintenance fee will be invoiced which varies based on the level of the store program.
Do I need to purchase inventory up front?
Hundreds of products are available on-demand within every company store. Absolutely no inventory is required, but many clients have special requests for specific items within their store, which we are happy to source, inventory, list online and insure. Purchase of the inventory is required in most of these cases.
Is inventory required to have a store?
No. Products are made on-demand. No inventory is required.
What product lines are on demand?
Apparel, Print and promotional merchandise is all available on-demand with no order minimums.
Is the store customized for my brand?
Yes. We’ll setup your store initially to meet your brand standards, but you have access to all the tools to make changes and updates. You can also customized your own ads within the platform and add messaging at any time.
What options for freight do I have for delivery?
Freight options for USPS and major freight carriers are shown with pricing and ship time at checkout for you to select.
Can I limit who sees what on the store?
Yes. You can create groups within your store. Each group has their own set of rules around access, product selection, payment and shipping. It’s like having a store within a store.
Do you outsource decoration or technology?
Our factory’s store platforms are what distinguishes each from other companies. The software is proprietary for continuous innovation and adaptation. Complete control over store technology allows our solutions to move faster, more flexibly, and at greater scale than competitors.
Our decoration services is in house at each facility based on what level you choose. Decoration is produced on specific brands for control of quality and speed. These facilities give us the ability to innovate and stay nimble.
Are there order minimums on individual product orders?
There are no order minimums on any of the products offered within the online store catalog for your online store.
